Our initial contact was with Salesperson Gwen Moore. While with her we had some questions which were taken to the Sales Manager, Mark Roselle. Mark, in his calm and professional manner, answered our questions and assured us that they would do everything possible to make our purchasing a vehicle from Terry Cullen Chev a satisfying experience. On our second visit we knew exactly what we wanted (color, style, model, and options). Gwen was not present so we were relieved that Mark was present and went to him as he had worked with us and Gwen on our first vist. We felt comfortable with Mark and thereafter, most of our contact was with him. Mark, never overbearing, was always responsive to our questions, wants, and desires without trying to steer us to something else that may have been readily available on the lot. His constant saying was "we want you to be happy". We greatly appreciated that quality in our dealing with Mark. He wanted to make the sale for Gwen and the company, but he also wanted us to be happy with the process and the product. We are happy with the process and the product, and we are happy that we found someone calm, knowledgeable, and professional like Mark to have worked with us.
